Summer is spritz season, and there’s a lot more to love than just Aperol. On the more bitter end of the spectrum are liqueurs like Montenegro, Campari, and Cynar. For people who prefer a sweeter spritz, however, the default has often been St. Germain. But now there’s a new bottle on the block, and it tastes as if Aperol went on a tropical vacation. Meet Sarti Rosa, a bright pink aperitivo made with blood orange, mango, and passion fruit. It contains 15 percent alcohol by volume, making it slightly boozier than Aperol and slightly lighter than St. Germain.
