Italian firm Campari Group has maintained a dominant share of nearly 90% of all Spritzes served across the UK over the past three years, according to IWSR data. Francesco Cruciani, managing director of UK and export markets at Campari Group UK, said: “The UK’s appetite for Spritzes continues to surge, with Aperol Spritz now commanding 13.6% of all British cocktail serves and considered the number one cocktail served in venues across Great Britain.
